Wedding Program Wording? - bride escorted by in wedding program
My uncle gave me away at my wedding because my father died. This man is my father's brother, and I feel really happy for him, then I ask myself how I did acknowlage in the wedding program. So far I have (I have to obviosly name ...)
Martha Stewart, the mother of the bride
Ken and Barbie, the parents of the groom
Bill Cosby (this is my uncle ... what is this?)
Some people told me, "Escort of the Bride" or "Father of Honor" I do not know exactly how the parents of honor, but I thought something like this
Bill Cosby-uncle of the bride and monitoring
What do you think ... I welcome all suggestions! Thank you:)

I would definitely go with your idea and word, as you say ... The uncle and the monitoring of the bride. People know who he is and why he gives away his marriage. My cousin, whose father died, my father walked down the aisle and that's exactly what he has written in his program.
If you are not with you you to places like happy ...

I like what he suggests. And fortunately, with Martha and her mother - the marriage is FAB! Just kidding ,....
Good luck to you!
I like the guy and the monitoring of the Bride
