Im 6 Months Pregnant What Do I Eat Im 6 Months Pregnant An Can't Seem To Gain Enough Weight.?

Im 6 months pregnant an can't seem to gain enough weight.? - im 6 months pregnant what do i eat

I am 6 months pregnant and I am still very low, around the world. Even my gynecologist says that I do not take enough weight. But I am just sleeping and eating .. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables though. And my gynecologist does not seem to give me an idea of how or whether it is serious .. I have no idea what to do. Of course, I'm a girl. I am only 5 meters, 110 kg before pregnancy. I'm now around 116-120 or a little more ... Ideas?

Hey, do not worry! I was in the same situation. Do not know six months after my stomach and also the people that she was pregnant. At that time she received only 10 pounds.
And the seventh month came and everything changed quickly. The weight just piled on her stomach and put in a week! Now I look and feel pregnant.

If this is your first pregnancy, you're doing great! Just trust your body knows what to do!

But you still have time, weight gain, and if the child is entitled to measure the ultrasound, then I would not be worried. When small can, have a baby. 10 pounds is a good crowd and won the next three months, you will notice that the weight gain of about 10pds again.

do not worry if the baby is good then everything is in order. My SIL newly gained 10 pounds with her third child and was 8pd10oz! it was great after the loss of the baby!

Good luck and congratulations!

I had trouble gaining weight during my first pregnancy. The doctor advised me to drink to be able to ensure that the additional calories per day. I do not have the same taste, so I drank the milk powder snow (doctor told me it was) another option. Make sure you do not get extra calories in the form of junk food () empty calories. Eat a healthy diet. Good luck!
